Two days before the Arizona and Michigan primaries, Rick Santorum made a broad appeal to social conservatives on Sunday, arguing that religion and conservative principles were at risk, both on college campuses and in the public square. On the ABC News program "This Week," Santorum repeated his belief that President Obama was wrong -- was, indeed, a "snob" -- for encouraging all Americans to go to college.
