The Republican minority report on the Financial Crisis Inquiry is a sick joke that needs to be exposed. Using the same criteria Republicans would determime that plane crashes are NOT the result of pilot error, mechanical, malfunction, or bad weather. The only people responsible are the passengers and maybe the travel agents who sold them the tickets!
