Lawmakers on Sunday said they still expect to have a spirited but delayed and toned-down debate to repeal the health care reform law after Saturday's shooting in Arizona. Even if the rhetoric does cool, the reality of health reform isn't likely to change. Alexander said he expected "almost all or all" Senate Republicans to fully support repealing the law.
