I found the room open & empty & the voting machines and materials sitting unguarded.The voting machines were delivered and left unsecured in the upstairs voting room,accessible by an unlocked backdoor,since last Thursday. I took 8 photos.Jones:'Doesn't look very secure to me.Tamper evident seals are nice,but I have no reason to believe that someone couldn't have lots of fun with them given the time they were accessible.'
