Such vehicles could be used to study countless other features of our natural and physical world as well, in ways that can't otherwise be done (as a long time writer on this site, trust me, I am all too aware of the nefarious uses to which they could also be put. I submit those as further evidence that we need to get our act together as a species asap). |
