O'Keefe and Pals Reach Reduced Plea Deal In Landrieu "Phone Repair" Hoax

ACORN "pimp" James O'Keefe and his accomplices faced felony charges for a "phone repair" prank at Louisiana Sen. Mary Landrieu's offices in January. Now reduced to misdemeanor counts of "entering a federal building under false pretenses", the four right wing activists will face a maximum of six months in prison plus fines, dependent on a judge's ruling. Odds are O'Keefe will not be wearing his pimp costume during sentencing.
