Warren, the chair of the Congressional Oversight Panel for TARP, explained that banks and their lobbyists are hammering Congress and fighting against the interests of American families by blocking financial reform.She admitted that during her first appearance on Maher's show six months ago, she believed that the country was on "the brink" of financial reform. Maher promptly asked her what she smoked before that show.
