AT&T, BellSouth sued for $1B in overtime -Birmingham Business Journal - Staff

AT&T Inc. is being sued in federal court for allegedly withholding up to $1 billion in overtime wages from more than 5,000 of the company's managers throughout the country.

The lawsuits were filed on Wednesday in U.S. District Courts for the Northern District of Georgia in Atlanta and the Northern District of California in San Francisco
