Lance Ciepiela is a retired senior who had an interesting career in government service - a United States Marine Corps (USMC) Vietnam-Era veteran, who became interested in restoring the Constitution after I realized that W Bush had attacked Iraq on false pretense and got away with it. First thing I asked myself on 9/11 as the two planes smashed into the Twin Towers was - "where are the interceptors"? - this could not have been a terrorist attack with NORAD nowhere in sight to defend our skies not even at the Pentagon. My hope (Hope is a Great Source of Strength - Simon Murray) for restoring the Constitution is that Congress, the White House, and Justice Department, will get back to the "rule of law" by bringing W Bush to justice under our laws and treaties - and every Representative and Senator in Congress, and the President, would finally arrive at the "third stage" of accepting the truth about 9/11 = "knew it all along", was preset explosives and precisely timed demolitions going off in all three towers and was not the office fires or the two planes that brought the three towers down like the officials said.

If certain acts of violation of treaties are crimes, they are crimes whether the United States does them or whether Germany does them and we are not prepared to lay down a rule of criminal conduct against others which we would not be willing to have invoked against us.

Auditing and ending the FED, and allowing Americans to use the currency of their choice, must be a priority for anyone serious about restoring peace, prosperity, and liberty.    By Ron Paul    [fullquote]

Liberty has never come from government. Liberty has always come from the subjects of it. The history of liberty is a history of limitations of governmental power, not the increase of it".    By John Kenneth Galbraith    [fullquote]

Government is not reason; it is not eloquence; it is force. Like fire, it is a dangerous servant and a fearful master.    By George Washington    [fullquote]

The issue which has swept down the centuries and which will have to be fought sooner or later is the people versus the banks".    By Lord Acton    [fullquote]

There are two ways to conquer and enslave a nation. One is by the sword. The other is by debt    By John Adams    [fullquote]

The money powers prey upon the nation in times of peace and conspire against it in times of adversity. The banking powers are more despotic than a monarchy, more insolent than autocracy, more selfish than bureaucracy. They denounce as public enemies all who question their methods or throw light upon their crimes. I have two great enemies, the Southern Army in front of me and the bankers in the rear. Of the two, the one at my rear is my greatest foe. Corporations have been enthroned, and an era of corruption in high places will follow. The money power of the country will endeavor to prolong its reign by working upon the prejudices of the people until the wealth is aggregated in the hands of a few, and the Republic is destroyed.    By Abraham Lincoln    [fullquote]

I believe that banking institutions are more dangerous to our liberties than standing armies. If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of their currency, first by inflation, then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around the banks will deprive the people of all property until their children wake-up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered..    By Thomas Jefferson    [fullquote]
