The White House is poised to release a cybersecurity executive order on Wednesday, two people familiar with the matter told 'The Hill'. The executive order would establish a voluntary program where companies operating critical infrastructure would elect to meet cybersecurity best practices and standards crafted, in part, by the government. It has been revised several times over the past few months.

Breaking News: Treasury Dept. Rules Out Trillion-Dollar Coin SHARE
The Obama administration said on Saturday that it will not mint a trillion-dollar platinum coin to sidestep the debt ceiling..."Neither the Treasury Department nor the Federal Reserve believes that the law can or should be used to facilitate the production of platinum coins for the purpose of avoiding an increase in the debt limit," Treasury spokesman Anthony Coley said in an email.
