I have worked: in public transport and local government in the UK; in public finance training in Uganda and Malawi; as a senior financial analyst and financial adviser at the World Bank; as a research fellow and instructor at Harvard U Design School; as a private consultant; and, as Vice-president of Midego, a public health organization. I have authored a 900pp book on Municipal Accounting for Developing Countries.
