I was never really interested in politics until Bush got "elected" and then 9/11. I used to buy into the belief that we had to vote for the lesser evil. I voted for Nader in 2000 because I didn't like Gore. In '04 I believed that it was "critical" to stop the re"election" of Bush so I voted "for" Kerry. Seeing the way Kerry folded against every accusation, I vowed to never vote for the lesser-evil knowing that it's still evil. A vote wasted is a vote for someone you don't believe in but is better than the opposition. It's doing the sames things over and over and expecting different results.
