Sara Jumping Eagle, MD is a wife and mother of 3. She is Oglala Lakota and Mdewakantonwan Dakota. Dr. Jumping Eagle is a Pediatrician is originally from Kyle, South Dakota on the Pine Ridge Reservation. She is a landowner on the Cheyenne River Reservation. Dr. Jumping Eagle currently lives and works in Fort Yates, North Dakota which is on the Standing Rock Sioux Reservation which includes parts of both South and North Dakota. Dr. Jumping Eagle and her family drink water on the original lands of the Oceti Sakowin, the Seven Council Fires of the Lakota and Dakota Nations. She is a 1998 graduate of Stanford University School of Medicine.
