Rural Canadian family doctor (ER, OB, office, anesthesia) married with 3 kids who has always been interested in the world - especially the injustice of great economic disparities, the factors that generate, sustain, amplify and perpetuate them. Though I can accept conservative ideals of a solid work ethic, saving for the future and limited spending within means, my bias is towards socialism, genuine for the people democracy, and admire the work and visions of Martin Luther King Jr, Rev. Oscar Romero, Dr. Paul Farmer, Ghandi and the radical, anti empire, selfless loving example and teachings of Jesus. I abhor the gangster capitalism and greed that runs the world we currently live in. Believe that a genuine, thorough investigation of the events of 9/11 holds some remote chance for waking up the complacent, complicit and apathetic population of otherwise decent human beings that inhabit the Western world.
