Who rules the world? Is this an ex-enforcer/operative from the ruling elite?   SHARE Extensively interviewed and released on video on Jan 1, 2011 by Bill Ryan of Project Avalon, whether an impostor or genuine, this man's story is utterly compelling and unsettling. Claiming to be "an ex-operative" of our hidden masters, "Charles" has contracted [or been infected with] a terminal disease and has decided to strike back at his ex "employers" by revealing some of their methods.
