Kudos for your excellent history article summarizing the skullduggery tactics used to keep "the developing world" eternally "developing." I believe the sense among North American Anglos (and probably others) is a generic one that all those peoples are too ignorant and backward to effectively govern themselves. They take at face value the US government "aid" propaganda and fancy themselves, by proxy, to be benefactors of "those poor people down there." They do not comprehend, either, that the IMF/elite tactics used to deprive the South American nations of independence have been applied to the USA, with many of the same results, which I expect to keep worsening over time due to the widespread ignorance and apathy by most, and due to being consumed with mere daily survival for an increasing number.
