Former military. Constitutionalist. I am a Right-Winged Libertarian. By this I mean that I believe you have the right to do whatever you want, as long as it doesn't infringe on another's rights. If you do infringe on someone else's rights, then the punishment should fit the crime. The exception of course is if the offender belongs to a profession that should know better (Police, Federal Employee, Etc.). Then for those offenders it should be very bad.
