As talk show host, non-fiction author and novelist, newspaper columnist, award-winning television writer and filmmaker, Steve Young just may be one of America's busiest and most versatile talents.

Icons from a myriad of fields stepped forward to share their remarkable stories of success built from adversity in Steve's inspiring book, "Great Failures of the Extremely Successful" (Tallfellow Press). Published internationally, "Great Failures..." and has become required reading in the Wharton School of Business Masters Program and made Steve a highly requested speaker on the college and corporate circuit.

His "All The News That's Fit To Spoof " column appeared every Sunday for years on the L.A. Daily News Oped Page. Refusing to be limited by any medium or particular political side of the aisle, as political editor for National Lampoon Steve created the mega-popular, right-sided web site, MoveOnPlease.org and was one of the original hosts at L.A.'s Home of Progressive Talk, KTLK AM1150.

An award-winning prime time television writer, Young's work has been seen on such television programs as ABCâ??s "Boy Meets World," CBSâ??s "Cybill," HBO Familyâ??s "Crashbox," Disneyâ??s "The Smart Guy," and the Tonight Show with Jay Leno.

With his wacky childrenâ??s novel, "Winchell Mink...The Misadventure Begins" (Harper-Collins) on the shelves and the award-winning "15 Minutes" (Harper-Collins) he has become a hot bet with kids, parents and schools. Steve has appeared all over national TV - from the Today Show to Bill O'Reilly - and radio pitching his own brand of satirical punditry with is political mayhem appearing on the pages of national newspapers like the Los Angeles Times, Philadelphia Inquirer and The New York Times, as well as on his own blog at www.steveyoungonpolitics.com.

To top it off, he took Hollywood power brokers to task with his hit cult film, "My Dinner With Ovitz." Not necessarily terribly focused, Steve has even written standup material of the inimitable Libertarian Presidential nominee, Bob Barr.

With boundless energy and enthusiasm, we can expect the name of Americaâ??s champion of failure to appear on an ever-growing number books lining the shelves of bookstores nationwide.*

*And hopefully, one day, we can stop him writing his name on all those books.

Je Suis Satire I know many satirists. I don't know any of them who would consider themselves innocent. In fact they would take that as an insult. But to become targets for assassination, at best, would be a source for even more satirization.
