I don't have a criminal record at all. I have a masters degree in city planning from MIT. I was incarcerated by the USMS without a criminal charge an arraignment a bail hearing etc for pursuing a civil lawsuit against the City of Steamboat Springs CO for First Amendment Retaliation.

DOJ Criminal Division sent me a letter saying they have no records of any criminal charges against me, no records of search warrants, no records of arrest warrants for me. USMS incarcerated me without using published procedure.
