At present I am. 73 years old grandfather to eight grandchildren and three children ( two biological and one adopted) and husband to my souldmate of forty years. I wrote the first poem she I was eight about the Stork leaving a little babe at the wrong house ( I was the babe). I knew pain in body, mind and spirit at q far to young age and could not voice this at the time. As time went along, I learned to embrace my pain and find my voice through poetry. I am a graduate of the Haden Institute and a spiritual director. My life force is feed by the gifts of today's metaphysical writers and Truth Sayers. In this life I am practicing sheddi g all, the stickiness of my Karmac wheel to return freed from Little Egoic grab bars.
