For 30 years Dr. McCluney was principal research scientist at the Florida Solar Energy Center, a research institute of the University of Central Florida. He holds B.A., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in physics and has published over 60 popular and technical articles as well as several books. He is currently a consulting physicist in Tennessee. He has been studying, lecturing, and writing on energy and environmental policy for several decades.

This conference gets to the core new thinking that is needed. And coming up with ways to implement the new social contract that needs to emerge. I will be unable to attend, but hopefully good things will come from this effort. I'm glad that talented people are addressing this critical issue.
