Awakening from a Culture of Adolescent Wokeness "I advise everybody to be a little careful when they go along through there, stay woke, keep their eyes open." Lead Belly song, Scottsboro Boys (1938) Lead Belly warned us to remain alert, "stay woke", as we pass through unfriendly and prejudiced lands and territories. Be on your guard, become streetwise by critically evaluating everything. However the 21st century woke generations appear to have entered a coma.

The Moral Panic of the Woke Generation Now, we are observing a juvenile revolution in the ideas of identity politics, wokeness and a passionate micro-aggression that derives hedonist pleasure in ridicule and insult. One of its more lofty goals is to end free speech as we know it - except for those who are woke.

Wikipedia: Silicon Valley's Cult of Medical Misinformation Americans are spending more money on diagnostic tests, surgeries and other medical procedures than ever before. They are also consuming more pills and medications and will receive more treatments than at any other time in US history. Daily we are inundated with television drug advertisements with the reassuring message, "you don't have to fight this battle alone. We are with you."
