SCOTUS Conservatives Declare War Against Decades of Regulatory Laws Conservatives on the Supreme Court are working feverishly to potentially dismantle most government regulation that corporations want gone, by dredging up two legal fictions, the 'major questions' doctrine and the 'nondelegation' doctrine. If successful, the court could nullify decades of progressive laws on everything from food safety to environmental concerns. The court is dismantling democracy itself.

Is The US Senate Committing Treason With the NDAA Bill? Are you aware of the Defense Authorization bill that just passed in the US Senate? Many do not know about a few small pieces of language tucked away deep in the hundreds of pages of the bill which threaten some of the most basic rights of Americans. For example, the Constitutional protections that demand the government have evidence before detaining a US citizen, provide access to a lawyer or even a trial.
