Tell Google: Don't Be Evil We alerted you on Thursday to a dangerous deal being struck between Google and Verizon that could end the Internet as we know it. So far, the public outcry has been massive -" pushing the story to the front pages and pressuring the FCC to call off its closed-door talks with industry insiders. We need to keep up the pressure.

60,000 Condemn Journalists' Arrest: More Needed On Friday, we delivered a letter to St. Paul authorities, telling them that we won't stand for the intimidation and harassment of journalists. With many of the arrested journalists at our side we delivered more than 60,000 letters (collected in less than 48 hours) demanding that St. Paul authorities drop charges against all journalists arrested during last week's Republican National Convention. We want more signatures.
