Naturalized citizen, disabled American veteran, book dealer, unhappy citizen.

I was born in Haifa Israel in 1950. I became a citizen February 19, 1971. I was drafted into the military March 23, 1971. I spent 2 years in the army learning that the military abhored education and educated people. I worked on a computer that had ceased being manufactured 6 years before I laid eyes on it because the officers were afraid of letting enlisted men near a modern computer. People like me could disable a computer easily and the officers had no idea how to undo any damage.

I spent several years at OSU learning that bigotry and antisemitism flourished still during the 1970s. Strangely enough both are are still with us.

I buy and sell old books, paper ephemera, antiques and anything else that might turn a semi-honest buck. I try hard not to make more money than I need.

Life is good when I am unaware that it teems around me.

I find no redeeming value in the 2 party system since it perpetuates injustice by assuring that anyone with massive assets can buy any legislation they wish to use to insure that under no possible eventuality the middle class will grow and poverty might diminish. I am told that I am too cynical but find that a laughable concept. (I have also been told often that I am so smart that I am stupid.) Life is amusing when morons spout oxymorons.

I fail to understand why in America being intellectual, smart and knowledgeable is a liability. (Have you ever heard of anyone with a genius IQ becoming a politician? You never will. Serving the rich while lying to the poor and middle class is nothing anyone with a working brain is willing to spend much time on.)
