Trade Deficit is Illegal, Unconstitutional, Unethical, and Violates the WTO The U.S. Trade Deficit is Illegal, Unconstitutional, Unethical and Violates the World Trade Organization (WTO) Agreement. Now more than ever before there is enough data to support such claims. Americans did not sign-up for this, and no longer wants any part of this failed policy. Unfortunately, without a highly publicized legal action, true trade reform may be an insurmountable task because of the dysfunctional U.S. Congress.

Reverse Tariff - Economic Crisis Due to U.S. Free Trade Deficit's Economic Flaw Free Trade has a serious economic flaw, this is the reverse tariff due to a country's trade deficit. A reverse tariff is a tax on imports paid on trade deficit goods and/or services, by the importing country due to tax losses. Because of this flaw, one can interpret Free Trade's deficit as illegal.
