Now, my response to Mr. Mathis was based on the source he provided which did not support some of his conclusions, but as it turns out Mr. Mathis may have been more correct about this new game than I had realized. I came across this link today:

I am pretty sure this is the same game Mr. Mathis had been referring to and if so, a lot of his concern is quite valid. Some of the details in this article should be disconcerting to Christians everywhere. We are to live a life worthy of our calling. We are to witness with our life first. We are to at all time show the love and humility of Jesus Christ. We are to bring people to Christ, so that His gospel will set them free. We are not to take Jesus Christ to the people and convert them. That is where too many fundamentalists get lost.
If this game is as vile as it is described in this article, and I will wait until it is released this fall to determine where the truth lies, then it should be condemned by Christians. We are to clothe ourselves in righteousness, not self-righteousness. We are not to promote the Prince of Peace by arming ourselves and killing people, ?infidels? or not. Judgment is God?s, not men.
It is time for Christians to band together to truly represent Christ. His teachings, His life, His Word. My apologies to Mr. Mathis.
