Not t*ts but Horns!

Alan Simpson broke the cardinal rule in Washington; he said what he really thought. Turn about is fair play so here's what I really think. His comments come as no surprise to Barack Obama. Simpson wants to gut Social Security and Barack Obama has hired Simpson to do his dirty work. A plan to rob from the elderly the disabled and the needy of their little bit of dignity to pay the debts for the wealthy, the careless and the warmongers. It is a crime beneath human contempt, a crime worthy of a full-blown revolution.

This particular incident clearly illustrates that the American people have no friends in the federal government reguardless of party. While congress begins to mull over preserving the Bush tax cuts a well financed campaign by corporate America kicks off their efforts to preserve their tax cuts for the wealthy while Simpson says Social Security is a cow with 310 million t*ts. But Simpson forgets that's our cow! We paid for it with our long hours and short weekends and working on holidays and missing our kid's birthdays. The only thing wrong with Social Security is our leaders in Washington and it ain't about t*ts it's about ass.

The Republicans favor continuing tax cuts for the sickeningly wealthy and President Obama favors continuing tax cuts even for those earning five thousand dollars a week. If you ask me five grand a week is wealthy most American don't earn twenty percent of $250,000 per year. Yet Obama wants to preserve their tax cut while he accepts Simpson's apology for speaking too candidly. Funny thing though Simpson didn't insult Barack Obama he insulted you and me and your grandmother and your children and if a full growed man were to say such a thing to my face I'd take him outside and teach him the meaning of an Alabama ass whooping.

I've got a different plan, it starts by bringing the troops home from Iraq and Afghanistan and bringing home the troops from Europe as well and then cutting the defense budget by ten percent a year for five years. Then tax increases of two- percent tax on the shippers of all import and export sales. Then a new federal securities transfer tax on all stock transactions. One dollar on the first five hundred shares and two dollars on all transactions over that amount.

We as a people need to start non-profit food co-ops. Starting with the basic commodities to starve the beast that runs rough shod over us now. They could hire the unemployed for wages and allow the nearly forty one million on food assistance to work towards store credit to buy the things that food stamps can't buy - the diapers, toothpaste, shampoo, feminine products and then work into kids shoes and work clothes.

We need public banks that work for us rather than against us whose purpose would be to make us whole rather than to skin us alive. Banks that would offer us loans at three percent above the prime rate. Public Community banks to invest in Main Street not Wall Street this is our banking reform. To starve the banks that run rough shod over us now and to let them suck hind t*t.

It was during the last Great Depression that Franklin Roosevelt instituted the minimum wage and it's long past time that we bring it up to speed. A fifty-cent per hour increase every six months until the minimum wage reaches $12.00 per hour. Double time on all national holidays after all these people are our fellow citizens and if they must work on a Federal holiday they should at least have something to celebrate.

I too would change the current social security program; I would lower the retirement age to sixty rather than raise it to seventy. One of FDR's prime goals in creating Social Security was to take older workers out of the work force to make room for younger workers. What this administration is calculating to do is the largest betrayal of the will of the people in American history. I would do away with the limits on Social Security with holding; Social Security is an open program without limits on benefits so why do we let the wealthy jump the gate with a maximum contribution?

Now if you're a wage earner who earns over $250,000 you're not going to like me very much. So get out your crying towel and you're Preparation H because this is going to hurt. We've cut taxes for the higher wager earners by fifty percent over the last three decades and it has given us the worst economy in nearly a century. We put the tax rates back where they were in the 1950's when our economy was strong

Then we come to the centerpiece of this little jewel; we declare the Cayman Islands and all the other tax havens in the Caribbean as terrorist nations. Under our laws American corporations that do business in terrorist nations are subject to asset seizure. We shall seize those assets and then we will talk about whose sucking t*ts! We'll go after the estimated sixty billion dollars in taxes corporate America dodges annually. Then we will close the loopholes that allow Corporate America to dodge paying their fair share.

A millionaire's tax, higher taxes on imported luxury goods, reciprocal automobile tariffs, higher landing fees for corporate jets. A thousand and one taxes that could be implemented to lower the cost of higher education and lower the cost of living for the bulk of this society for the people who work the hardest and are rewarded the least.

A scrapping of Obama's healthcare profit restoration act and starting over with a Canadian style healthcare plan and nothing less.

They political powers that be have brought us to the gates of ruin and dare to insult us as we file in. As Harry Truman once said, "You've got to figure out who it is that keeps hitting you in the head."

Simpson's remark is no different than, "let them eat cake" it is filled will bile and contempt. This is what they really think of you in Washington. Farm animals for the slaughter, no more than livestock. Simpson's remark is no less than a declaration of class warfare and Obama by accepting his apology is agreeing with Simpson.

"There's a time when the operation of the machine becomes so odious--makes you so sick at heart--that you can't take part. You can't even passively take part. And you've got to put your bodies upon the gears and upon the wheels, upon the levers, upon all the apparatus and you've got to make it stop. And you've got to indicate to the people who run it, to the people who own it that unless you're free, the machine will be prevented from working at all." (Mario Savio)

This is the time when the conman slipped up and told the marks what they think of them. The machine plans to crush you and to kill you. To humble your parents and to impoverish your children. You might as well throw your bodies on the gears they are going to rob you and punish you and then let you die in debt to the corporate master.

We are 310 million t*ts but we are also 620 million fists. We are not cows - we're the people. We are the rightful owners to this land and these ingrates work for us and it's time we give them the horns.

I who am I? Born at the pinnacle of American prosperity to parents raised during the last great depression. I was the youngest child of the youngest children born almost between the generations and that in fact clouds and obscures who it is that (more...)
