The Greeks tried democracy over two thousand years ago with some limited success. Enlightened by the Enlightenment Age, we emulate our forebearers, convinced that we got it right this time. Consequently, we ordinary citizens, spoon-fed from the earliest stages of our life with Judeo-Christian and Greco-Roman values, believe that truth and justice prevail. Sometime they do. But rarely. The Jerome Epstein scandal is the last one in a long series of crimes, felonies, and lies perpetrated by the American elite. In the last half of the twentieth century, we have been fed a steady diet of lies beginning with the "missile gap", the "domino theory", the official versions of JFK's, MLK's, and Bobby Kennedy's assassinations, etc. More recently, we were told an enormous lie to explain the 9/11 attacks . Truth and justice elude us.
Over the last two years, the Democratic Party, the intelligence agencies, the Mueller investigation and the mainstream media tried to convince us that Russia influenced the result of the 2016 presidential election without a shred of evidence. As with previous scandals, we will never know the truth for the simple reason that if the Democratic Party is up to its eyeballs with the story, the Republican Party is caught in a mess of its own with the Facebook-Cambridge Analytica scandal. So, both parties have every reason to make peace and bury these affairs. Of course, this assumes no snag will ruin their plans. A snag may have come in the form of the recent Jerome Epstein scandal a self-styled billionaire whose main source of revenue appears to be an under-age sex ring linked to a blackmail operation aimed at well-known business men, politicians and diplomats.
He is famous for his plane, and his Caribbean mansion, respectively nicknamed the "Lolita Express" and "Orgy Island", reportedly entertaining guesses as famous Bill Clinton or Kevin Spacey, among others. His black book includes the personal phone numbers of Donald Trump, Prince Bandar, Tony Blair, Henry Kissinger, Alan Dershowitz, John Kerry, David Rockefeller, and" Queen Elizabeth, to name a few. According to MintPress News journalist Whitney Webb, the Epstein operation is an offshoot of a much older ring whose origin goes back to the good old days of the Prohibition. Always hungry for information on American and foreign citizens, intelligence agencies are connected with these sex rings. In view of the enormity of the scandal, will the truth emerge and justice be served? Unlikely.
A cursory review not to mention serious analyses conducted by investigative journalists shows that these extraordinary events whatever their nature stink to high heaven. Were truth be told, Americans would know firsthand the duplicity, hypocrisy and immorality of the ruling class and would be outraged. The Republic would collapse. So, in the interest of all, criminals, felons and ordinary citizens, the truth is buried deep, very deep, and culprits evade justice, getting away with murder while we, ordinary citizens, keep spoon-feeding our children with the greatness of our heritage so the world can go round and round and round" Lying, cheating, spying" it's called democracy.
