EC: Well, I think the most important thing to come out of the recent Austrian Constitutional Court decision is its elimination of the need to prove that a particular result was fraudulent. The key to election integrity lies in the ability to eliminate the "possibility" of a rigged outcome by ensuring transparency in how votes are tallied.
Hopefully, that foreign decision will lead us to re-evaluate how we approach our own elections here in the United States.
