Among pollsters, there are controversies over methodologies. What practices should be used to get the most reliable polls. On-line and robo-polling polls have been criticized. So have polls that do not call mobile phone users, since people under 30 are believed to be less reachable on land lines.
This study seems to suggest that online and robo-polling procedures (robo-polling does not call mobile phones) were actually MORE accurate.
