Damsky was offered a position as a summer intern at a local prosecutor's office, according to the report. The offer, however, was "rescinded". Brian Kramer, a prosecutor for the firm, tells the reporter that someone with such views as Damsky espoused could "cause significant mistrust in the fairness of prosecutions".
