List of countries the USA has bombed since the end of World War II By Global ResearchGlobal Research, May 04, 2011 http://www.globalresearch.ca/list-of-countries-the-usa-has-bombed-since-the-end-of-world-war-ii/24626

5. "The real truth of the matter is, as you and I know, that a financial element in the larger centers has owned the Government ever since the days of Andrew Jackson -- and I am not wholly excepting the Administration of W. W. The country is going through a repetition of Jackson's fight with the Bank of the United States -- only on a far bigger and broader basis." - FDR Letter to Col. Edward Mandell House (21 November 1933); as quoted in F.D.R.: His Personal Letters, 1928-1945, edited by Elliott Roosevelt (New York: Duell, Sloan and Pearce, 1950), pg. 373.

7. "How is it at all possible that this culture-loving era could be so monstrously amoral? " All our lauded technological progress -- our very civilization - is like the axe in the hand of the pathological criminal." - Albert Einstein, Letter to Heinrich Zangger (1917)

8. When one enlists in the United States Military, active duty or reserve, they take the following oath: I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice.

Military discipline and effectiveness are built on the foundation of obedience to orders. Recruits are taught to obey, immediately and without question, orders from their superiors, right from day one of boot camp. Military members who fail to obey the lawful orders of their superiors risk serious consequences. Article 90 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) makes it a crime for a military member to WILLFULLY disobey a superior commissioned officer. Article 91 makes it a crime to WILLFULLY disobey a superior Noncommissioned or Warrant Officer. Article 92 makes it a crime to disobey any lawful order (the disobedience does not have to be "willful" under this article). In fact, under Article 90, during times of war, a military member who willfully disobeys a superior commissioned officer can be sentenced to death.

These articles require the obedience of LAWFULorders. An order which is unlawful not only does not need to be obeyed but obeying such an order can result in criminal prosecution of the one who obeys it. Military courts have long held that military members are accountable for their actions even while following orders -- if the order was illegal."I was only following orders," has been unsuccessfully used as a legal defense in hundreds of cases (probably most notably by Nazi leaders at the Nuremberg tribunals following World War II). The defense didn't work for them, nor has it worked in hundreds of cases since. https://www.thebalance.com/military-orders-3332819 Updated 10/18/2016

9. U.S. Nuremberg Trials Prosecutor Would Have Proudly Prosecuted McCain As a War Criminal, History News Network, 10/10/2008 8. There has been no war since WWII. US administrations have been very carful to describe military action as something OTHER than a 'war.'

10. Once some time elapses after a 'police action' or 'humanitarian intervention' has gone on for enough time for the public to get used to the 'police action' or 'humanitarian intervention' beginning to look like a war, Fake News Media begins to refer to a US invasion of another country as a 'war.' This gives criminal Fake News Media and the perpetrators of death and destruction an opportunity to defend the criminality with pompous non analogous old saws like, 'Well, war is war, bad things happen in war, and war is regrettable but often glorious and a chance to prove bravery, loyalty and die (and kill) for one's country, and both sides are guilty of 'war' crimes, so shut up you unpatriotic bleeding hearts, your country is at war, our solders are being attacked overseas.'

Journalists who refer to 'crimes against humanity' and genocidal crimes against peace as 'wars' or mistaken or bad foreign policy are aiding and abetting criminal Fake News Media covering up a prosecutable activity that will continue as long as remains profitable for not ever being prosecuted. When something IS genocide, better to call it that, then there is no need to define what kind of crime it is. Also, when writing about genocide and calling it something else is a crime as accessory after the fact in aiding a felon(s) to avoid indictment and punishment.

Eisenhower, Mandate for Change, 1953-56 (Garden City, NY: Doubleday & Compnay, Inc., 1963), p. 372 "I am convinced that the French could not win the war because the internal political situation in Vietnam, weak and confused, badly weakened their military position. I have never talked or corresponded with a person knowledgeable in Indochinese affairs who did not agree that had elections been held as of the time of the fighting, possibly 80 per cent of the population would have voted for the Communist Ho Chi Minh as their leader rather than Chief of State Bao Dai. Indeed, the lack of leadership and drive on the part of Bao Dai was a factor in the feeling prevalent among Vietnamese that they had nothing to fight for. As one Frenchman said to me, "What Vietnam needs is another Syngman Rhee, regardless of all the difficulties the presence of such a personality would entail."
