The Q-poll shows that Sanders presents these Democratic voters with the clear existential choice of attempting to at least start digging out of the corrupt plutocracy by endorsing the public's choice, Sanders, or instead burrowing in even deeper behind another Clinton, who is Obama's choice. Neither defense of playing it "safe" against the feared Republican nor ignorance of Clinton is available to Democrats this time. Democratic choice of a Republican-lite risks losing to a Republican-heavy if the election turns on the resolution by Independent voters of the gnostic enigma of whether a Trump (Cruz/Rubio?) or Clinton is likely to be more hospitable to the reigning plutocrats.

As the broader public understands, Sanders is the only safe choice. But spoiler Democrats, using a defective run-off system, may deny the public that choice.

ADDENDUM: Above, I strongly compliment Sanders' aggressive litigation strategy against the DNC, comparing him to Teddy Roosevelt in a comparable situation. But within hours before this article could be published, Sanders' strategy had already succeeded in winning capitulation from the DNC. Sanders once again shows that he knows how to run a winning campaign. My point that Obama is responsible for failing to remove his DNC functionaries for running a biased primary contest still holds true. For more on that point I will defer to the call by the redoubtable Connecticut strategist Bill Curry for heads to roll at the DNC.
