U.S. Senator Charles Schumer of New York recommended Preet Bharara to President Barack Obama, who appointed him as U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York in 2009. Bharara decides whether to prosecute financial crimes or not. An article in Wall Street On Parade unleashes all sorts of disconcerting information about Preet Bharara, U.S. Senator Charles (Chuck) Schumer, JP Morgan Chase and the family of Madoff client Jeffrey Picower which was allowed to keep billions of dollars realized from the fraud.

New Book:Senator Schumer Was Regular Visitor to Madoff Offices

Be sure to click on the link in the above article for the on-line book, JP Madoff: The Unholy Alliance Between American's Biggest Bank and America's Biggest Crook by Attorneys Helen Davis Chaitman and Lance Gotthoffer. Helen was swindled by Madoff and is determined to get the facts out to the public. Read the Foreward and your blood will boil.

Is there anything to the information about Preet Bharara that appears at the BankruptcyMisconduct.com website? Please let us know what you think about that question as it is disheartening when one thinks we've found a light at the end of the tunnel. Strangely enough, when I was just about finished with this letter and checking the links, I noticed your name in the column to the right.

Cyrus Vance, the hope is that having contacted your office, and you in turn perhaps contacting Preet Bharara, something will happen to set us on the right path for retribution, relief which is in fact deserved by all New Yorkers. California too is seeking justice for the outcome of their primary as there are close to 3 million votes not counted. Why not reach out to your counterpart in California?

In the California Primary, More Ballots Remain Uncounted than the Total Number of votes for Hillary Clinton!

We all look forward to your reply.
