Lebanon's largely dysfunctional government is unlikely to meet its international legal obligation to grant Palestinian refugees the most elementary civil right to work and home ownership without the immediately application of serious international pressure and sanctions including the suspension of foreign aid. To be lifted only when these mandated civil rights are written into law.

The Distribution of Boxes of Foodstuffs by MSCRL in Syria

In Late October and November 2016, MSCRL joined forces in Syria itself with the French Moslem Ummah Charity with which it shares the same humanitarian objectives (https://www.ummahcharity.org/). A total of 300 boxes of foodstuffs (each costing MSCRL $18) were handed to displaced Syrians and Palestinian refugees in the course of two distribution sessions.
