As long as we are invested in monetary wealth, then we don't realize how vulnerable we are. Our economy is not real. It's basically dots and dashes on a computer chip at worse and at best, it is paper money that isn't worth the paper it's printed on.
With Time Banks, services for our community are paid with time hours, which can be utilized as "payment." So, if Robert fixes Linda's car, she may pay him in cash (i.e., for parts) and give him "Time Dollars" (i.e., 5 hours which gives him 5 Time Dollars). He can then go to Linda to give him a facial massage. So he may pay Lisa with 1 time dollar (for an hour's massage) while he gets Dan to edit an article he wrote for 4 time dollars.
The choice of fostering naturalness in your being and the planet's is your responsibility and mine. Don't count on the politicians. It's US we need to count on. Count on yourself in relationship to your family, community, environment and grandchildren going into the 7th generation. That's the way many Native cultures worked in planning the future. "To the 7th generation!"
In modern business practices, the future is inherited in 5-year plans. Is it wise to look 5 years or 7 generations? Which of the two speaks long-term and cares more for the future of our planet and humanities future?
You / we are the power and the foundations for which we've been waiting. The resurrection of peace, love and harmony is in you, not a "leader", nor any externalized God/Goddess/Guru. We are what we are looking for which is our true Nature or Self. Inside and outside are united with inside meaning the potential in us, with outside being the manifestation of that potential.
It's time for us to foster an evolution within our children and ourselves. The power is in us.
