"Ballentine's Law Dictionary. Territory: 1. "A geographical region over which a nation exercises sovereignty, but whose inhabitants do not enjoy political, social or legal parity with the inhabitants of other regions which are constitutional components of the nation. With respect for the United States, for example, Guam or the Virgins Islands as opposed to New York, California or Texas." (Emphasis mine).
Remember the "territory" the United States obtained... (Louisiana Purchase, etc.) had, but gave away to people? As long as this territory was the U.S. government’s property, their laws governed it, but as soon as it became a sovereign State, they lost that control... but deceived us all into taking that control back.
Do you realize what the above definitions mean? The territories of the United States are not legally under the Constitution, but under the government of the United States. "Constitutional Components" of the nation involve free sovereign citizens, not people’s of any territory. The Constitution does cover every citizen in the "united States," but NOT everyone in the United States, citizen or not, including illegal aliens. You live in a territory, you are subject to their laws and rules. Can you see now why our government is walking all over the Constitution?
This jurisdictional coop d’etat allows them to "legally" ignore the Constitution completely, and to implement their own rules. People across the country are amazed at how Bush and the others can do what they are doing... and NOW you know WHY. It is because we are all slaves, under a defacto government, having willingly accepted this and allowing it to occur.
The Constitution limits the government where it does NOT have Constitutional jurisdiction, like in the 50 united States. However, all 50 States have opened the door to this jurisdiction, allowing "their" laws and powers to trump the Constitution, AND THEY KNOW THIS. The Constitution can ONLY be implemented where the federal government does NOT have jurisdiction. The governments... local, state and federal... still play the"Constitutional game" where it suits them, but it is being ignored and countered on a daily basis, especially in the courts where people (including most attorneys) are ignorant of how this works and how to thwart their game.
We the People have allowed this in ACCEPTING this jurisdictional tyranny, and generally speaking, the courts, the judges, the congress, the department of justice... ALL of these powers KNOW full well the implications of this, and are supporting it fully to destroy freedom and America while most Americans watch, and wonder what happened to their rights. Now you know.
If the powers of the United States government are mostly over their own territory ONLY, the ONLY way they could usurp the power from the 50 States, and the American People, was for them to extend this "jurisdiction"unconstitutionally, and then deceive We, the People, into willingly accepting this jurisdiction and NOT challenging it. Another word for it is fraud. Every agreement we’ve entered with the federalized States or the U.S. government, every drivers’ license, every contract entered, every 1040 form signed, EVERY shred of evidence we’ve agreed to that supports this jurisdictional encroachment is tacit agreement, or acquiescence to this theft and enslavement, and THIS maintains their power and control over us.
We are slaves to a master, thinking we are really "free." This is part of the plan to further enslave us all, and it is happening under the guise of the "war on terrorism." They created the enemy that we can all fear, (terrorism) then they tell us they will protect us, but they can ONLY do that if we give up more freedoms, pay more in hidden taxation and for wars, as they add a few more chains to our lives. If we resist, they will simply try to do another 911, or release a bug and create more fear in people, and steal more freedoms because people refuse to band together, exert their rights and protect themselves. The enemy has become huge, and we are most certainly in a "war on terror," but this is against our own people and government, and the worldwide agenda of one world government.
How obvious does it have to become before Americans will wake up? Are we past the point of no return? Are people so conditioned, so addicted to slavery and servitude that they don’t know how to handle real freedom? Like the guy in the first Matrix movie who was shown the truth about the real world, but couldn’t handle it and was willing to betray his own brothers and sisters working to free others, and voluntarily go back into his matrix so he didn’t have to deal with reality. Sovereignty carries with it responsibility. If you take your life in your own hands you also take upon yourself to act responsibly, legally, Constitutionally, and with integrity in regard to your own life, your family, your community, your fellow human beings, and the planet as a whole.
The only way our nation will survive is for the People to take back their sovereignty, gain courage to fight for real freedom, and work together to rid this country of the cancer, the parasites, the leaches, and the darkness that envelopes our collective mind. Every federal, state and local government employee is guilty of treason against the American People if they willingly support this unconstitutional structure and continue to oppress us, albeit, ignorantly for most of them.
Where else has our power and sovereignty been stripped from us? Did you know that you qualify for another, much more powerful vote than the one which you cast on election day? (...although our power in voting has been mooted by the voter fraud, using machines). This opportunity comes when you are selected for Jury duty which they can’t give over to a machine. (http://thematrixhasyou.org/jury-duty.html) In essence, the courts and attorneys in this country have mooted the voice of freedom and justice from coming from the People, taking THIS legal court jurisdiction away from the People through Jury tampering and manipulation. Is Abraham Lincoln’s statement pertinent to our day and age, or have we sold ourselves and our children into permanent slavery to blindly support the beast power that is raising its ugly head to destroy us? The Matrix that people live in WILL come down... it is just a matter of how and when... by the People, restoring freedoms, or by the enemy, closing the door on any chance of freedom. We have a choice NOW, and that choice is being slowly removed more and more by the day, till we will find ourselves completely helpless, weak and fearful, and having NO way to do a thing about any of it, except serve and die.
