Every bomb that was dropped in Iraq did a lot of collateral damage. Guesses are in the hundred of thousands, but we know, too, that Bush's policies have had millions of Iraqis seek shelter out of Iraq, the exact same thing that Bush gave New Orleans as a present. Count that as 1,790,000.
So there you have it, MY top 16 things that could be part of The "Dubya" Bush's legacy in history. I would love to hear from anyone who has other Bush/legacy ideas for his administration's legacy.
