Article 2 - Section Four -- Items 1 through 2
The Seven Presidents, Seven Vice Presidents, all Civil, Ambassadorial, Military and Judicial Officers of the United States, Departmental and Bureau Staffs, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other "High Crimes". Punitive response to "Misdemeanors", committed by these, will be decided in appropriate National or State courts of law, but will not necessarily include removal from their offices, or positions. The "Grand Jury Of The American People" and the "Supreme Court" will be called to expedite or assist in these deliberations.
Item Two
"Expungment" of ex-office holder criminal records, felonies, or misdemeanors, will be decided by Majority Vote of The American People, in their Direct Democracy Governance System.
