What is the “actual truth?” Okay, I don’t have to argue that the United States is a dictatorship, because Webster tells us this through knowledge of what the word “absolute” mean. So paging up, we see that “absolute” power is how a dictator rules. Most people, who believe in Democracy, refer to dictators as tyrants. Who in the United States has absolute power? Well any official who can lawfully break the law! Isn’t that an oxymoron? In the United States, we allow lawmen, to lawfully break the law! How is breaking the law lawfully done? It can only be done in a dictatorship that would naturally disregard any Constitution under a cloak of democracy.
Page up again, and see the words “arbitrary” and “despotic.” Read the declaration of Independence. Look for the words “Judges,” or “judicial” and “Despots.” Please look them up yourself and take 5 minutes of your life to read this declaration! But if we are not in a democracy, and through ignorance believe we are, then I’d say we U.S. Citizens are brainwashed. Stop ignoring and you stop ignorance! It was the intent of the founders of this country to form a democratic union free from “absolute power” used to imprison and even murder opponents and also to confiscate property by despots, and their “judges” who were corrupt, mentioned by the authors who knew first hand. What naives still unethically use the absolute power of dictators in a so called democracy? Again, please read the declaration of Independence before you continue on! It only takes a few moments to read! Otherwise, this may not tie together for you.
Absolute power is hidden in Supreme Court cases not in codes that are overtly public. That is how democracy is a cloaking device to hide absolute power! Tyrants hide dastardly deeds and corruption. We commonly call this the “cover up.” One case is Stump v. Sparkman. You can research the origins back to a “Fox” case in England in the 1500’s when society believed the world was flat, and that innocence in court was determined by drowning the accused, and other ridiculous delusions of that sort. Judges to this day stand on that epoch of logic. Why? Well it offers them protection through the act of being a dictator who uses, “absolute power,” by declaring themselves to be “absolutely immune” from fault for even criminal actions they may commit abusing power under the color of authority. Soon afterwards, the courts gave immunity to all officials like some power fest orgy reminiscent of Caligula.
Imagine going through life not being held liable for wrong doing in regards to civil rights! Prosecutors share absolute immunity with Judges. Anybody who is employed with a government also has qualified immunity. State and Federal Employees are allegedly immune under the 11th amendment to the constitution. However, immunity is not described in the way that it is used to protect them from violating due process. Local municipalities can be sued for malicious acts and policy acts. See Pembaur v. City of Cincinnati.
So the only reason you would find out that you are in a two party “dictatorship” called the U.S. government, is if you have to defend your rights when an official exercise his rights to lawfully break the laws of a real democracy by violating your constitutional rights that you would think you have, however, you really do not possess “redress of grievances” under this dictatorship. They pull out from the cloak of democracy, immunity created by "absolute power" an act of a dictator!
Most officials try to do what is right, I would hope. But those who have discovered immunity as a profit motive, ruin the lives of their victims. Otherwise, most folks don’t fall through the cracks and become victims of corruption and through ignorance of truth, by lack of “due diligence.” They falsely believe and defend the U.S. as a democracy. Usually, this revelation is gleaned by crime victims, or those falsely accused of crimes, for example, let's identify those who were freed on DNA evidence that proves their innocence. People who don’t have to defend their rights never discover the deprivation of rights caused by immunity, whereby, corrupt officials rely on the backing of unsuspecting electorate to continue to promote them. See Gonzales v. Castle Rock for the extreme terror of the effects of immunity. Medically speaking, immunity is the result of injections to prevent disease. Politically speaking, immunity is the spread of disease to cultivate corruption. Whereby all immune, are guilty, and cannot testify against one another without risking personal liability and political suicide! Hence we hear of the allusive term "code of silence" practiced by "U.S.A.'s finest" at the expense of their collateral victims being abused under the color of authority without a shade of remorse!
Restraining orders to protect murder victims, due to immunity, are now made unconstitutional. Yet it is kept secret, and they still issue, without warning, restraining orders, and hopefully the gamble is that your family member not will be killed because of it.
It is a dictator that uses “absolute power.” We all know that “absolute power corrupts absolutely.” Yet we all do not know that officials are immune due to absolute power, and any intelligent reasonable somewhat educated person knows this is not possible in a democracy. What is our problem?
