If you examine the evidence, I think a reasonable person would agree that this is the root of the United States problems past and present! After all, immunity to abuse colonists was the kings prerogative! Immunity was the primary abuse that prevented redress! Taxation without representation! Immunity prevents redress, an unconstitutional tort cloaked under a false democracy! As a common citizen, I never really had to research possible reasons why our country is in such bad crisis, other than personal unqualified opinion. Even years past, we in our two party systems, blame each other’s policy for deprivations of liberties. For Liberals, it is usually the deprivation of services, and for Conservatives, it is the deprivation of autonomy. Radio talk shows and bloggers are spending countless hours defending their party and attacking the other party. It is repetitious behavior that never solves anything! Do you ever hear about immunity? The only way I found out is in a law suit I filed against corrupt officials in El Dorado County [see Hamer v. El Dorado County].
Recently on craigslist, a liberal blogger made sense interjecting humor. He stated to the conservatives that, “they should quit whining” because “it is our turn to screw up the country.” That is political honesty and maturity! Those who have discovered that both parties have lost integrity know that a possible solution by politicians is pure insanity! So why do these people banter back and forth like a room full of parrots chattering wasting time blogging with moot solutions that cannot escape immunity?
The solutions are only attainable through the Supreme Court! There is that word Supreme! “Supreme” -a word Webster used describing the definition of “democracy.” Yay! So our fine U.S.A. must be a light on a hill for example to the rest of the world! OR are we? Let’s take it to the courts; the “Supreme Court!” Now let’s see how they influence the rest of the world by showing them that we honor our Constitution brought on by the contract to the citizen soldiers called the Declaration of Independence. “They,” not “we” formed a “more perfect union.” We allow the Supreme Court to destroy it! At least that was the idea the first citizens were ‘led’ to believe, regardless of the actual truth.
