Similar comments were sent to Yahoo News, the Associated Press, and the Mirror on 6/11/2025 for their articles (click here, click here). A message including a link to this Op Ed was also forwarded to Netflix about their Titan documentary, where a hull implosion is incorrectly touted as the Titan destruction cause (x.com/RobertAleishear/status/1932849007073878091).

Letter to Assist the Coast Guard Investigation

When investigators do not understand the physics of their investigation, they make up something that sounds plausible - garbage in equals garbage out. Hopefully, the U.S. Coast Guard will not base their ongoing Titan investigation on what they read in the papers. The following letter was sent to the US Coast Guard, following publication of this Op Ed.

Final Proof of a Titan Submarine Viewport Implosion, Followed by a Hull Explosion - Not a Hull Implosion, 6/11/2025

Dear Sirs;

As an expert in fluid dynamics, shock waves, and structural dynamics, I have conclusions that vary from the current theory published by the Press to explain the Titan explosion. The plastic viewport imploded to explode the Titan hull outwards. The Titan hull did not implode. Please consider this alternative research as your investigation progresses. See the Op Ed - "Final Proof of a Titan Submarine Viewport Implosion, Followed by a Hull Explosion - Not a Hull Implosion".
