If, in the years to come, that proves to be the case, it will confirm the belief that the days of the American military empire's domination over the world is clearly winding down. And if this government of ours understands the full meaning of these events and sees the handwriting on the wall, it will finally come to the realization that it has no choice but to return to using diplomacy and negotiation in relations with other nations rather than attempting to perpetuate its agenda of military hubris.
