For the record, I maintain my earlier position that the "Fair Use" provisions of the Copyright Laws (as shown above) should allow the posting and viewing of these videos, even without Fox News' permission, because they are necessary for complete "criticism and comment" on this important Public issue, namely, the failure of the Bush administration to protect us before 9-11, even though they were officially warned of planned attacks. The Public's need to see these videos should trump the copyright owner's interest in suppressing or monopolizing and possibly altering them. (End of update.)
