This is not by accident: Voting rights lawyer Robert Fitrakis, through legal discovery, found that the GOP voting officials had literally REMOVED one in four voting machines in Black neighborhood polling stations. In 2012, the GOP Secretary of State of Ohio, John Husted, ordered that there be only ONE voting station in each county for early voting -- the meant ONE for the entire city of Cleveland. Seventy percent of Black Ohio citizens vote early on "souls to the polls" days. What we have in the USA are apartheid elections. Bernie supporters are finding out what it's like to be treated like they're Black. Arizona was a GOP test run of how to jam up Democratic precincts in November. Note that there were no reports of big delays in Republican precincts.

Arizona, Florida and Brooklyn, NY, were all on the Voting Rights Act special scrutiny list--which the Supreme Court killed. So, welcome back, Jim Crow!

JB: That sounds both accurate and awful, Greg. As you say, Jim Crow mass disenfranchisement of black voters has been a done deal for years. Now, we're seeing disenfranchisement of select, non-black, Democratic voters. Pretty soon, there won't be any voters left at all. Is that the ultimate goal? Sanders's exit polls in New York were far better than the official count. What's going on?

GP: Yes, in New York, Bernie Sanders did better in the exit polls than in the official count. That is, he lost by a mere 4%, not 16%--that affects the narrative of a "crushing" Clinton victory -- but still, Sanders lost. The exit polls are undoubtedly the accurate measure - AND IS COMPLETELY EXPLAINED BY THE NUMBER OF VOTERS WHO WERE PURGED OR NEVER ADDED TO THE VOTER ROLLS AND VOTED BY "AFFIDAVIT BALLOTS." Affidavit ballots, called "provisional" ballots, rarely get counted. Overwhelmingly, they are foisted on voters of color. I call them placebo ballots, because they don't get counted. That fully explains the difference between the exit polls and the official count. Exit pollsters never ask, "Did you vote by affidavit or regular ballots?" (Read my article: New York voting fiasco just the warm-up for the November game.)

THE UGLY TRUTH OF AMERICAN DEMOCRACY IS THAT WE DON'T COUNT ALL THE VOTES. It's a Black thing, so white voters are confused and upset when it happens to them.

JB: Has Karl Rove, who is trying to stop Trump, secretly aligned with HRC? And what about Charles Koch hinting he'd vote for Hillary?

GP: No, way. Neither the Kochs nor Karl Rove are, have been, nor ever will be Hillary Clinton supporters.

Karl Rove has become super-rich and powerful saving Republicans from themselves and manipulating votes when he has to. That hasn't changed.

One person on my staff deliberately registers Republican and makes tiny donations to them -- to receive all of their mailings, especially Rove's. Rove's fear of a Trump nomination is that Trump will lead to a loss of the Republican Senate majority. Keeping that majority is the raison d'Ã ªtre for Rove's Crossroads and the Koch's i360 operations. As Rove write to his donors this week: "No matter what happens with the presidential race, Republicans must maintain their Senate Majority." (The emphasis is his.)

Similarly, the Kochs have created the world's most sophisticated data base, i360, with real-time tracking of 1,800 pieces of data on each of us -- used for a single purpose: to keep a Republican Senate and House. Again, their fear is Trump dragging the GOP lower ticket over a cliff. They will spend $900 million this year SOLELY on Republican candidates.

Read my book, Billionaires and Ballot Bandits for free. You'll see that the Kochs' Number One financial concern is the completion of the XL Pipeline -- which would ship oil from Canada selling at a $15/barrel discount from the oil they now must buy from Venezuela. The XL Keystone will put over a billion a year into their pockets. No Democrat, even Hillary, can let that pipe go forward. So, the Kochs' haven't switched sides. They are always for the Kochs.

(As Charles Koch indicated, the Kochs DID promote Bill Clinton in the early 1990s. But you'll have to read the book to get that story.)
