If there is ever going to be real progressive leadership it must come from somewhere else. It must come from Independents, which is what the new Facebook initiative is all about, independents organizing themselves and bringing forward their own leaders, rallying around ONE independent (or existing third party) candidate per election, and putting that person in office INSTEAD of either a Republican or a Democrat.
