Those who cannot be satisfied with the amazing bounty of this beautiful earth with which you are blessed must either be taught to restrain their destructive urges or be forced to (I believe you call that proper regulation). The alternative is humanity driving itself into shock and poverty every few generations. Take the daily egg. Its a gift, but nurture the goose, or you will lose both sustenance and source.
