A naà ¯ve, or wanna-be naà ¯ve, or simply wanna sound naà ¯ve Jim Harper of Cato institute asks: "What's a bill of rights if it doesn't provide rights against the government?" And he follows with another wanna-be naà ¯ve statement: "Kerry and McCain are saying, 'Do as I say, not as I do,'" Really?! Is this a recent trend? Has he just begun to observe this divine and exempted class attitude? Where has he been?! Please someone tell this either utterly naà ¯ve or naà ¯ve-sounding man:

and has been expanding at an exponential rate during the last decade --
with a slight change in name: The Divine Rights of the US Federal Government.
