My calculations show that in the last year, approximately under 30 million acres would need to be planted - Hell there are 171,904,640 acres in Texas! Also according to Dowling's report, there are 11 million hectares (27,181,483 acres) in the U.S.A. suitable for crop growing set-aside in CRP's (U.S. government CONSERVATION RESERVE PROGRAMS.)
$1 Quadrillion could be MORE THAN enough to pay off the national debt of $12 Trillion with a bit of "pocket change" for implementation, AND give the incoming President in 2018 a debt free country. Add to that the carbon credits of $440 billion per year and one can easily see the benefit and value! ($440 billion comes the carbon credits of 30,000,000 acres under cultivation of grain. The math: $40.00 per ton carbon credit on 11 million hectares, approximately 30,000,000 million acres.
